Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label whenever possible.
