Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because we work with global fulfillment partners through our automated system, some items may require additional handling time.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Domestic Shipping (within the US):
Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.
International Shipping:
The estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.

Standard Shipping: FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.
You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship worldwide. However, delivery to certain remote regions may take longer.
Certain items may have restrictions depending on the shipping destination due to local customs regulations.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
BlueOrbit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
